Okay, there might be someone out there who doesn’t know what Craig’s List is. For that person, let me explain, it is basically a giant classified ad listing, that you can narrow down to your local area. You can sell your junk, buy other people’s stuff, find services, place personals. And yes, that is the point of this post.
While I am not ANYWHERE, near jumping back into the dating pool, I know other single parents who are trying various methods to find that someone special. Some of them have recommended Craig’s List to meet potential dates and even friends with common interests. So in the interest of another single parent blog post, I checked out our local edition and I didn’t even have to get past the “strictly platonic” list to find these gems:

I have some serious advice for you. DON’T go past the platonic list, or you might see some… body part pictures… that you might not want to see. That might be burned into your memory much longer than you wish they would be. Enough said.

oh my goodness, that is ridiculous! i guess i shouldn’t be shocked by this kind of stuff anymore, but still… Replacement bridesmaid?? Adultery ads?? Crazy. STAY AWAY!!!
